During each presidential election cycle, ACT-IAC identifies important issues and recommendations to improve government services and operations. The Agenda 2021 Presidential Election Project, framed around the theme “Delivering Outcomes, Building Trust,” produced a set of recommendations for the incoming administration across four focus areas: improving customer experience and transforming service delivery, accelerating agility in government, and transforming infrastructure and managing risk.
Adam Grandt contributed to the project’s work on transforming infrastructure and managing risk, drawing on his experience leading infrastructure modernization at the General Services Administration’s Centers of Excellence. The project’s outputs were paired with ongoing media coverage and presentations through ACT-IAC’s communities of interest to help carry the recommendations into the transition and the new administration.
