At the Nextgov/FCW Cloud Summit 2023 on October 19, Adam Grandt, Acting Executive Director of the Centers of Excellence at the General Services Administration, joined a panel on cross-agency collaboration around cloud-enabled technologies.
Collaboration across departments and agencies has its challenges, but the rewards are significant: the chance to set standards, share best practices, and build strategies at enormous scale. The panel explored how to identify potential partnerships, build stakeholder buy-in, and collaborate on cloud-enabled technologies. Grandt was joined by Joe Paiva, former CIO of the International Trade Administration, with Lauren Williams, Senior Editor at Defense One, moderating.
